School Improvement Plan

Our school improvement plan is focused on improving WASL participation and performance, and alleviating overcrowding. Specifically our goals fall into 3 areas: refusals, science and facilities.

1.  Reduce the number of refusals to take the WASL to less than 5%.

2.  Raise the number of students meeting the standard in science.

3.  Provide more appropriate facilities for HomeConnection.

Invitation to Parents

Continual parental involvement is required of all families. Parents teach core academic subjects at home and supervise their childrenŐs daily off-site learning activities. For each student, parents develop a learning plan for the year and submit monthly progress reviews. Parents of children age 12 and younger are required to remain on-site while their children attend on-site enrichment classes.
